This one-to-one coaching program based on the latest research will help you build habits you want and change ones you don’t, all in just a few minutes a day. Want to get more sleep, start exercising regularly, stop procrastinating? Whatever it is that you’d like to do differently, there are simple ways to improve your chances of success.
During this challenge you will receive:
- an initial 30-minute consultation by phone or Skype to pinpoint exactly what you want to change
- ideas for tiny, easy-to-implement adjustments you can make to your existing behaviour to help you get the results you want
- three more 20-minute phone or Skype consultations to fine tune the process and look at further changes you might like to make
- up to 10 opportunities to ask questions by email during the month, which I’ll answer within 24 hours, Monday to Friday.
