About the Little Challenges approach

As we all know, there’s loads of great research, information and advice out there – much of it freely available. If you want to figure out how to change your life, you only have to spend 10 minutes online and you’ll find countless things you can try.

The problem is, it doesn’t matter how many great things you find – unless you apply them, you’re not going to see much in the way of results. But finding the right things to try and sticking to them all on your own can often be just too difficult.

The Little Challenges approach helps you to:

  • create quick and easy new habits that support you in living the life you want
  • recognise existing habits you may not even realise you have and change them, when appropriate
  • work with the energy and willpower you have (rather than expecting you to be superhuman)
  • have a good time and be KIND to yourself whilst you’re doing it!
