This one-to-one coaching program based on the latest research will help you build habits you want and change ones you don’t, all in just a few minutes a day. Want to get more sleep, start exercising regularly, stop procrastinating? Whatever it is that you’d like to do differently, there are simple ways to improve your chances of success.
During this course you will receive:
– an initial 30 minute consultation by phone or Skype
– a personalized Action Plan designed to help you create tiny changes that are easy to implement and take no more than a few minutes each day
– a 20 minute progress-check by phone or Skype to find out how you’re getting on and make any necessary adjustments to your Action Plan
– a final 20 minute consultation to look ahead to future changes you might want to make and plan how to make sure your new habits stick
– up to 10 opportunities to ask questions by email during the month, which I’ll answer within 24 hours, Monday to Friday.
